I spotted this northern gannet feeding frenzy Wednesday morning outside Shinnecock Inlet. They are such amazing birds, crashing into the water at speeds up to 60 miles per hour!!! They can dive as deep as 72 feet and can maneuver and swim underwater using both wings and feet.
