Whip egg whites until stiff and fold in gently. Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 25 minutes. Let it cool. Chocolate Cream Topping: 120 g chocolate 80 g butter 60 ml milk 1 tbsp milk powder 1 tbsp hot water Melt everything over low heat until smooth and glossy. Cover the cold cake and chill for 30 minutes before serv
