1. I identify a hard day habit to keep taking steps forward everyday (ex: if the goal is working out, bad day habit is a walk or stretch; for my ugc goal it’s to apply or pitch one opportunity a day) 2. I use music to either help me feel calm or focus and to get me up and moving. Music is my regulation/support tool for everything. 3.
