The mother bear that lost two of her cubs is doing well as is her remaining cub. He’s put on quite a bit of weight and is getting more confident. He lets us know who’s boss as he and his mother walk past us- doing a big bear posture and then settles down to watch us for a minute as his mother studies the river, looking for salmon.
