Ingredients -beef chunk -salt and pepper -fresh garlic -1tbs butter -1 cup beef stock -1rosemary spring. 1️⃣Season the beef with salt and pepper, the sear on a hot skillet until browned/ 2️⃣Add in onions,garlic,rosemary,butter and beef stock. 3️⃣Cover and slow roast in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 3 hrs the another 30mins uncovered. #roas
