End game levelling - chansey farming in area zero (very regular chansey spawns)

Chansey in Japanese is ‘Lucky’ (ラッキー) so it’s no coincidence that it’s also known as the lucky Pokemon! And that’s exactly why Fukushima chose it as its official mascot - to bring good luck and fortune to its land and its people.
