There’s way too much focus on looking younger, when the real magic is feeling younger. Honestly, I’m a much happier person in my 50s than I ever was in my 30s. Why would I want to go back? For a faint heart? Why would I erase 20 powerful years that shaped me into the woman I am today? Aging is a privileged journey — and I’m proud of every moment, every lesson, e
