Been pushing myself to lift heavier and heavier on arm day. I’ll always try to get at least 6 of the 8 reps in my sets “CLEAN” before I resort to any sort of momentum for a forced rep/heavy negative. Going back to the workouts I did in my teens and 20s have really made training fun for me again. Forced reps, drop sets, heavy negatives. These are the tools you need to break your limits.
