To make the pie for 4 you will need: 340g corned beef 300g potatoes 300g puff pastry 1 onion finely diced 1 egg 1tsp thyme 1tsp garlic pepper Pinch salt 1tbsp butter 30ml milk Peel the potatoes & place on to boil for around 15 mins until completely soft.
