Our Emergency Command Center launched a swift water rescue response at 5:35 p.m. for a report of someone possibly submerged in the waterway near Edinger Avenue and Red Hill Avenue in Tustin. Our response included swift water rescue resources upstaffed specifically for this weather event as part of our commitment to emergency preparedness.
