This 👇🏻 Pole training tends to be unbalanced. In the early days I didn’t think much about it, or how my body would feel after a couple of years of training 🤷🏻♀️ My upper body was taking more of a beating than my legs (obviously) , and don’t get me started on training that “derp” side 🤪 Then add competition/performance training into the mix and it was perfect storm for overuse injuries.
