I changed the oil and filter and checked for debris in the filter and no trouble there. I've checked the oil filter bypass and it looks o.k.

Depending on the pin and location we can press them out, pull them out with a press and rod or heat the surrounding area to expand it and drive the pin out. you can also heat the pin to shrink it, if that doesn't work burn a hole through it and then it should shrink.

May 11, 2014 · The master pin should have a dimple or mark like a centre drilling on each end. If you remove any other pin, the track won't separate because of the design of the bush and links. The crocodile style master links are found on SALT (Sealed And Lubricated Track) chains.
