medal alternatives? since you have to pay for clips now
Jul 20, 2022 · Does Insights have multiple audio inputs? I have a GOXLR and have been looking for clipping software to record the Game audio (desktop audio) + discord + my microphone. So far, I've only seen Medal.TV has this feature. NVIDIA ShadowPlay only allows 2 Inputs (Mic + Desktop) and I'm looking to record my discord as well!

Nov 13, 2022 · I’ve tried Medal, Outplayed and a bunch of other softwares and personally, OBS studio is the best. You can record whole sessions or if you just want to capture clips, it has a feature called “Replay Buffer”, where it will record in the background but when you press the hotkey, it will save only the last few minutes(you can change the capture limit in the settings).
Is there a way to clip your screen too and not just games?
Oct 26, 2021 · Medal can only clip games, but we've added the ability to clip discord and browsers. To clip discord or your web browser you can request Game Support in Settings > Games or click the Add a new game button underneath your profile to start clipping right away!
