Jul 21, 2011 · Posts: 1. Re: 36 Volt EZ GO charger not working 28115 G04. I have a 28115 G04 charger and it doesn't seem to be working correctly. When I plug it into the charger will click on, peg the volt meter on the charger to the right and then click off. It will do this about six times and then click on and sound like it use to and seem to be charging.
