Wilyer Abreu made history Monday night at Fenway Park, joining an elite club after hitting a rare inside-the-park homer and a grand slam in the Boston Red Sox’s 13-6 win over the Cincinnati Reds.

The Boston Red Sox outfielder hit both an inside-the-park home run and a grand slam in their 13-6 win over the Cincinnati Reds, making him just the sixth player in Major League Baseball history to do both things in the same game and the first since 1958.

Abreu leads the Red Sox with 16 homers through 74 games. That's already more than he hit in 132 games last season.
