Texas Longhorns men's basketball picked up its ninth win of the season Sunday afternoon at the Moody Center and did so without its best player. Texas guard Tre Johnson missed his first game of the season due to a hip injury as the Longhorns (9-2) demolished Arkansas-Pine Bluff in a 121-57 win.

Madison Booker had 25 points and 11 rebounds as No. 6 Texas forced 24 turnovers and defeated Richmond on Sunday, extending its winning streak to three games.

In addition to improving to 10-1 with the 11-point victory over Richmond, Texas also picked up a win that will look good on its résumé.

Booker shot 10-for-17 and added four assists in 39 minutes. Texas shot 42%, making 29 of 69 shots, but the Spiders stayed in the game with their 3-point shooting, sinking 7 of 22 attempts.
