The Cleveland Cavaliers host the Indiana Pacers in Game 5 of their best-of-7, second-round series in the NBA Playoffs Tuesday.

Tyrese Haliburton and the Pacers surged held on late Tuesday night to grab a 114-105 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers at Rocket Arena in Game 5 of their series. That gave the Pacers the 4-1 series win and punched their ticket to a second consecutive finals, where they'll face the winner of the New York Knicks-Boston Celtics series.

The Pacers will try to eliminate the Cavs tonight in Cleveland in a game that will be available on TNT, truTV and Max.
