Southern Arizona sheriffs react after Gov. Hobbs unveils latest executive order aimed at border security
According to a spokesperson for Gov. Hobbs, state officials with the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, the Arizona Department of Public Safety and the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs will meet with some sheriffs on Monday to outline 'Operation Desert Guardian' further.
The executive order states that the Arizona departments of public safety, homeland security and emergency affairs shall create a border task force.
