The next Mass Effect project is still growing in size and isn't ready for the bulk of BioWare staff to jump aboard, former studio veteran Mark Darrah has said.

Mass Effect 5 is now the only major project in the pipeline at BioWare following the release of Dragon Age: The Veilguard, according to Mark Darrah, a veteran of the studio who departed after nearly 24 years back in 2021.
