On Friday, coroner officials released a statement saying Jeff Sperbeck, John Elway's agent, cause of death was ruled accidental and resulted from blunt head trauma.

The Riverside County Sheriff's Office and Coroner's Bureau confirmed John Elway's agent Jeff Sperbeck's cause of death on Friday, May 9 following the April 26 golf cart accident in La Quinta, Calif.

This, from all appearances and from all evidence, seems to just be a horrific accident,” Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco previously told The Denver Post.
