NEW BERN, N.C. (WITN) - John Nigh is finally captured after being on the run for over two weeks after escaping the Craven County Jail on January 26th. Nigh appeared in court virtually at the Craven County Court House in New Bern where his bond is set for $1,000,000.00 and now faces up to 39 months in prison for felony escape charges.
