CHICAGO — Chicago police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman who was last seen in the city’s Hegewisch neighborhood. Linda Rice, 71, was last seen near the 4900 South block of Hoyne. Authorities described Rice as 5-foot-5 inches, 110 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
