Ozzy Osbourne's final concert with Black Sabbath raised $190 for charity. Proceeds for the July 5 show benefited Cure Parkinson's (which Osbourne suffers from), Birmingham Children's Hospital, and Acorn Children's Hospice.

Not only did Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne put on one hell of a historic show for their final performance, they managed to pull off a humanitarian feat as well. The Back to the Beginning show raised nearly $200 million dollars in charity funds for three separate organizations,

Osbourne has officially relocated to the U.K., three years after admitting he had grown tired of the "ridiculous" lifestyle in the U.S.
