Congress passed a giant tax bill that includes the Senate's SALT changes that allow rich Americans in high-tax states to save money, experts say.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune says Republicans “got the job done” in passing President Donald Trump’s big bill of tax breaks and spending cuts.

The legislation now heads to the House for possible final approval, though a handful of Republicans there have already voiced opposition.
