The top college football stars in the country showed out in New York City on Saturday night for the Heisman Trophy ceremony. Dallas Cowboys fans had a particular interest, with Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty and Colorado star Travis Hunter vying for the award.

Plagued in part by a woeful "running back by committee" this season, a new mock draft projects the Dallas Cowboys selecting Boise State record-breaking star Ashton Jeanty next April.

Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty is days away from finding out if he will be hoisting the Heisman Trophy. But before that, Jeanty sat down to talk to Cowboys outside linebacker Micah Parson on "The Edge" podcast, during which he suggested that Dallas could be interested in selecting him in the 2025 NFL draft.
