Bloomberg predicts that the Apple Vision Pro 2 may look very similar to its predecessor, but have a new and improved M5 processor under the hood.

Apple’s release for the Vision Pro 2 model is still scheduled for between fall 2025 and sping 2026 as per reports.

The initial Apple Vision Pro, launched with the M2 chip, quickly felt outdated with the release of the M3 and M4 chips. However, it seems Apple has learned from this and plans to launch the Vision Pro 2 alongside the first Macs with the M5 chip, ensuring it remains competitive in terms of processing power.

The next iteration of the Vision Pro is set to offer a major boost in performance, upgrading from the current M2 chip to the M5 chip. The original Vision Pro debuted with the M2 chip, but the subsequent rapid releases of M3 and M4 left the expensive $3,
