The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reportedly found their new offensive coordinator after Liam Coen left to become the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

For the third time in as many years, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were forced to search for a new offensive coordinator. This time, however, they are reportedly promoting from within. The Buccaneers are promoting former pass-game coordinator Josh Grizzard to offensive coordinator,

Grizzard joined the Bucs last season after spending seven seasons with the Miami Dolphins. A former football player and graduate assistant at Yale, he rose through the ranks when he joined the Dolphins in 2017 as an offensive quality control coach and then was promoted to coach receivers.
