MORGANTOWN, Ky. (WBKO) -The Butler County Public Library Board of Trustees and members of the community gathered on Friday morning to celebrate the groundbreaking of their new public library.

The Eastwood Mall Library, which is tentatively scheduled to open Sept. 2, will be located in a 2,500-square-foot storefront.
