The Indiana Fever have waived DeWanna Bonner after they were unable to find a trade partner for the disgrunted 16-year veteran. The six-time All-Star has not played since June 10

The 16-year veteran has played only 9 games with the Fever so far and reportedly has no interest in returning to the team.

Bonner, who signed with the Fever in the offseason as a veteran presence around Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston, had been away from the team since June 12 due to “personal reasons.” Head coach Stephanie White said Saturday there was “no timeline” for Bonner’s return.
