SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A cyber security breach affected some of the biggest school districts in Utah. The nationwide breach took student information such as names, addresses, date of birth and email addresses. Districts affected were Salt Lake City, Cache, Iron, Washington and Weber School Districts.
