A unique agreement regarding the creation of water lines across county lines was approved by the Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners Tuesday morning.

Ashtabula County could have a stop on a proposed intercity bus route between the Toledo area and Ashtabula County, Ashtabula County Commissioner Casey Kozlowski said.
