Robotera, another rising player in humanoid robotics from China, is gaining attention with its rapid innovation and advanced technology. Founded in August 2023 with support from China’s Tsinghua University, the company has introduced several high-performance humanoid robots, including its flagship model, STAR1.

Humanoid robots have captivated fans in Beijing with a fully autonomous soccer match powered by artificial intelligence.

The robots are able to stand up on their own after falling, although during a match some did have to be carried off the field on stretchers.
