State drops charge against 18-year-old taken into ICE custody despite legal status

A Massachusetts district attorney announced Friday that his office will not prosecute a charge against an 18-year-old from Lynn who was arrested following a domestic dispute, and shortly after placed in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody despite having legal status.
