In his evening address, the president stated that Ukraine's military intelligence is still gathering complete information on the losses suffered by Russian units in the region, which have reportedly been reinforced by North Korean troops.

As many as 30 have been “killed or wounded” in Russia’s Kursk region, Ukrainian military intelligence said, among the heaviest losses for North Korean forces yet reported.

Ukraine said on Monday that North Korean soldiers fighting alongside Russian troops suffered heavy losses during fighting at the weekend in the Russian region of Kursk.

The inability to effectively communicate "remains a difficult obstacle for management and coordination of actions," Ukraine's intelligence service said.
