An adult, who was unresponsive before CPR, was taken from the Newton YMCA pool area to the hospital Sunday night in serious condition, according to a Harvey County Emergency Communications supervisor.
The exchange between Neil Holdom and regional public service commissioner, Gloria Campbell, began in late 2022.
