C.M. Russell High star basketball player Dean Blair is headed to the Frontier Conference. The senior signed his letter-of-intent to play with Carroll College of the NAIA on May 14 at CMR Fieldhouse.

The defending champion Rustler boys are ranked No. 2 in the state, while the girls are third entering divisional.
