The Newark, New Jersey, mayor has responded to accusations of trespass at an ICE facility from interim U.S. Attorney Alina Habba.

Interim U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey Alina Habba was warned by a magistrate not to make out-of-court statements about Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, following his arrest. Baraka was arrested for trespassing last week outside an immigration detention center in Newark,

Ras Baraka was arrested Friday while protesting the reopening of an immigrant detention center. The arrest was publicly defended by interim U.S. Attorney Alina Habba.
