"Palm Royale" was a hit for Apple TV Plus ... depending on who you asked. If you asked the streaming service, the Emmy voters or my wife, they'd tell you they loved it and that they weren't shocked when it was renewed for season 2 shortly after its season 1 finale. If you asked me, I'd tell you that it was one of the worst shows of 2024.
