It's another cold start for Central Ohio, but a little more of a snowier one! Temperatures today will continue to stay cold, but snow showers returning to the area could stack up a little more snow before the day ends.

The same storm that is expected to dump 3-6 inches of snow from parts of North Texas across the Mid-South to the Mid-Atlantic states will brush Ohio later on Friday. A winter weather advisory goes into effect Friday afternoon for the west-central and southwest Ohio,

While cold temperatures will continue to stick around, the area will get a break from the snow on Thursday. The National Weather Service’s forecast calls for highs to reach the mid 20s with light breezes throughout the day.
