Showers and storms from TS Chantal Sunday and Monday. More heat and humidity with several rain chances next week.

Located about 150 miles south-southeast of the Charleston, South Carolina, Chantal was producing sustained winds of 40 mph and moving north toward the coast leading to a Tropical Storm warning as of 8 a.m., according to the National Hurricane Center.

Chantal is the third named storm of an already active season and is forecast to bring "heavy rainfall" that carries an "elevated risk of flash flooding."
