The Boston Bruins have added some much-needed goaltending depth by signing former Maple Leafs goalie Kasimir Kaskisuo to a professional try-out (PTO) agreement amid the ongoing Jeremy Swayman holdout.

Assuming Jeremy Swayman — who won’t participate in training camp until a new deal is reached — is Boston’s Opening Night starter next month, the Bruins will need to decide whether Joonas Korpisalo or Brandon Bussi will be the backup.
