The annual tri-municipal July Fourth parade held by Chalfont Borough, New Britain Borough and New Britain Township will return this July 4. The parade — which will kick off at 9:30 a.m. at the Town Center shopping mall in New Britain Borough — will feature a brass band, local scout troops, homemade floats and antique cars.
