Shannon Joslin, a former biologist and wildlife conservationist for Yosemite National Park, was fired on Aug. 12 after they rigged a massive trans-pride flag over El Capitan.

A former Yosemite employee says they've been fired by the National Park Service, three months after flying a transgender pride flag from El Capitan.

Yosemite National Park officials and the U.S. Justice Department are investigating other Yosemite visitors and workers who violated restrictions on demonstrations.
