The three suspects were sighted at a nearby store on video surveillance prior to the shooting. Outside this store, one of the suspects allegedly brandished a firearm while aggressively speaking with another male.

Officials said a Toyota 4Runner was heading south when the driver lost control while navigating the “Governor’s Mansion Curve.” The vehicle went off the road, struck a raised berm and a concrete retaining wall and then overturned. BRPD said the driver, identified as Isaiah Garnett, 19, died at the scene.
