Thanos may not get the chance to fight the X-Men in the MCU, but that's a good thing because one character would've beaten him silly.

I agree with your assessment of Thanos and Apocalypse in particular. Krakoa was interesting, but made uncle Pocy pretty boring. And Thanos in anyone but Starlin's stories just doesn't cut it.

He can practically do anything and has arcs that resemble Thanos, who was a huge hit for the MCU. This makes it all the more likely that Apocalypse can show up in the MCU.
