The Garoppolo family seemingly still has some beef with Kyle Shanahan. Almost two full seasons after Jimmy Garoppolo’s underwhelming tenure with the 49ers came to an unceremonious end, the quarterback’s brother reveled in San Francisco’s weather-challenged 12-6 loss to the Rams on Thursday night — with Jimmy backing up Los Angeles starter Matthew Stafford.

Including Billy Garoppolo, brother of Jimmy, who offered some comentary about Niners coach Kyle Shanahan on Instagram on Thursday night. "Offensive Guru," Garoppolo joked with the aide of several crying laughing emojis.

While Garoppolo seems to have moved on, his family appears to still hold onto some ill will toward Shanahan. His brother, Billy Garoppolo, took to Instagram to throw shade at the head coach by mockingly calling him an "offensive guru" following the 49ers' six-point output.
