A Big Apple fashion designer is accusing the scandal-plagued fast-fashion chain Brandy Melville — worn by pop star Ariana Grande and other celebs — of ripping off her western-themed logo.

Brandy Melville is sartorial Marmite. The California inspired clothing brand has four shops in London and is loved by some for its cotton basics like vests, long sleeve tees and pyjama shorts.
