The University of North Carolina has launched its first spring football practice under coach Bill Belichick. On Wednesday, Belichick met with reporters for the first time since he was introduced as the team's new head coach.

Though it's still too early into spring practice to know what he has, new UNC football coach Bill Belichick said it's up to the players to buy into the product.
