Village Super Market Inc. will unveil a brand-new, 51,000-square-foot ShopRite at Blue Star Shopping Center in Watchung on April 9.
The space is expected to be ready ahead of an Earth Day event April 22, but a grand opening is planned for May 16-18.
Mall owner Simon said the multimillion-dollar addition will bring new restaurants shops to 50,000 square feet.
