The Metro-North Railroad will honor tickets between Grand Central in New York City and New Haven (NHV), according to Amtrak. Amtrak officials were unable to estimate when normal services will resume.

Amtrak service resumed Thursday from Philadelphia to New Haven, Connecticut, in time for the evening rush hour commute after power was restored to train tracks, the national rail service said.
